This leaf-decorated jar was thrown on the pottery wheel, the lid was thrown separately and crafted to fit with the jar, then both were fired in the kiln at 2170°F.
The clay is an ivory colored ceramic stoneware, and the leaf decorations are hand-painted.

There is a small crack in the rim of the jar, and while this is superficial, it is considered a Second.
