Refund policy

Sometimes shopping online can be tricky, colors can look different and sizes can be hard to judge. 

That's why I aim to provide as much information as possible in each product's description, and show photographs that accurately represent the colors of each piece of pottery.

If you'd like more information about any items, please feel free to email me at craftylittleshlee@gmail.com, and I'll do my best to help you with more photos or videos.

Knowing what to expect when you're buying online also helps to minimize the environmental impact that returning and re-shipping items has, and helps with the sustainability of ceramics!

 

If you're not totally happy with your pottery when it arrives, you're welcome to return the item and I'll happily provide a refund or exchange. Please email me at craftylittleshlee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your pottery to begin the returns process. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of beginning the return process.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Pottery must be returned safely and in new-condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. If items are returned and damaged in transit, you will not receive a refund. Returns will be issued a refund or exchange only after they are received in acceptable condition.

If your pottery arrives to you broken, please take photographs of the damage, including the parcel it arrived in, and email them to craftylittleshlee@gmail.com. I will reply promptly with a solution!
