This shot glass was thrown on the pottery wheel, the design was created by hand, then fired in the kiln at 2170°F.
The clay is a sandy colored ceramic stoneware with dark speckles. The glaze was applied by hand, and has sat beautifully in the hand carved design. The inside and lip are glazed in a glossy white.
